SERVICING & REPAIRS
Since the start of the 2024 season, we have outsourced all servicing and repairs to Tenby Caravan Services. They are based next door to us at Tenby Tourers and are a Local Approved Workshop Service Centre.
Using an Approved Workshop gives you peace of mind that the technician working on your leisure vehicle is qualified to the required standards. They will normally guarantee repairs for 6 months and take all reasonable steps to protect the validity of any unexpired warranties. Click for more information.
we have invested heavily in our new, modern service and repair centre, capable of all-make servicing, warranties & major or minor repairs. TCS are a National Caravan Council (NCC) Approved Workshops member as a premier service & repair centre.
The TCS Service & Repair Team have been trained & approved by all major manufacturers and appliance manufacturers, and can look after every single aspect of your caravan or motorhome - from chassis to toilets, from refrigerators to central heating systems. Servicing of a touring caravan is vitally important for a number of reasons: they run on 2 or 4 wheels, they have a gas system that can vibrate, and they can potentially allow water in. All these things are looked at in our 60 point service schedule, as it will also provide you with peace of mind touring AND add resale value by having service history. And this applies to motorhomes also.
